Before I bought my van, I relied on my mom (with her '06 2-door Pontiac G5, not exactly the best dog show vehicle!). All my show stuff (crates, x-pens, tents, chairs, etc) was stored in her garage, so on the odd time I rented a vehicle to attend a show, I had to go sans-stuff. I know you don't *need* all that stuff to show a dog, but it makes things so much easier and more relaxed! So the hunt was on for a vehicle of my own.


Living in an apartment, I don't have the luxury of a private garage in which to store all the essentials, so I needed a vehicle which was big enough to store everything comfortably, even when I wasn't en route to a show. Now most girls my age wouldn't dream of buying a minivan, but they really are the most practical vehicle for my needs. So on June 27th, I picked up my Dodge Caravan, an '06 SXT with 45,000km.
